Second solidarity workshop "Cooking for a Better World"

Yesterday took place the second solidarity workshop "Cooking a Better World" promoted by the foundation and aimed at training women in vulnerable situations.

This second workshop consisted of a Domestic Economy class given by Javier Guiu Gómez, Financial Accountant at Bergner Europe, where he taught us to be aware of our consumption habits and to reflect on how we can improve them, to use different techniques such as Batch-Cooking and the "kitchen of use", or to plan and organise our week to optimise time and resources, among other things.
