Ingredients for a 30 cm pizza in a tray:

  • Water at room temperature 220 g
  • Fine salt 15 g
  • Instant yeast for savory recipes 15 g
  • Instant yeast for savory recipes 15g

Method for making pizza dough

To make the instant yeast pizza, mix the flour, water and instant yeast in a bowl. Work through the ingredients with a fork and then by hand. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the salt and knead again. Then transfer the dough to the counter and knead for another 5 minutes. Then turn the dough into a spherical shape. Grease a 30 cm round baking pan and place the dough in it. Spread it out and press with your fingers so that the entire surface is covered. 

Method to finish the pizza with the ingredients:

When you have the dough ready, add the tomato and help yourself with a spoon making circles from the inside to the outside, covering all the dough except the edge, for this, you will leave uncovered one centimeter with the tomato sauce. Add the cheeses one by one and it is ready to bake for about 15 minutes at 250 degrees approx. Do not forget to preheat the oven 5 minutes before introducing it for the first time.
