COMMENTS

Aside from making a tasty different type of bread at home, the idea behind preparing this bread comes from the baking world. All the bakers I know would be delighted if everyone began to make their own homemade bread. Bringing a family together around some dough on a table is a ritual that everyone should experience. In itself, this is an act which connects us to those very first breadmakers; we become a link in the evolution of our species. Above all, we see that with this bread we are all involved in the process. Making bread at home is creating the perfect time and place for the giving and receiving of affection. We would encourage you to make bread, to vary the cheese and pumpkin with other comestibles you like more. Have a bread that you have created and give it away to friends so they can, in turn, do the same. This bread must not only be tasty, but it should have an even more important mission: inspire you to make bread and make this a part of your life. It will change your life.
