Ingredients

1 squid (250 g) per person
15 units green garlic
100 g quinoa
mayonnaise
spicy sweet chilli sauce
Perrins sauce

Method:

 

Clean the inside of the squid and stir fry in a non-stick pan; mix the mayonnaise with the spicy sweet chilli sauce and a few drops of Perrins sauce.
Cook the quinoa in abundant water and a little spicy sweet chilli sauce. Drain; stir fry the green garlic and mix into the quinoa.
Decorate the plate with the spicy mayonnaise, cut the squid into four pieces and cover with the quinoa and green garlic.
