Tuna and banana ceviche

Ingredients

1 cup tuna steak
½ cubed
½ cup lime juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup plantain semi-ripe peeled and diced
½ red onion chopped
1 chile habanero de-seeded and finely chopped or to taste
3 cilantro sprigs finely sliced crosswise.

Elaboration

Place the cubed tuna, mix in salt and lime juice, let it rest for 1 min, add olive oil, mix well. 

Add remaining ingredients. Check for seasoning and correct if needed. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
