Apple, hezelnuts and caramel

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
4 apples
80 g sugar
40 g butter

FOR TUILES
250 g powdered sugar
90 g butter
60g flower
90 g orange juice
Caramel Ice cream
Candied hezelnuts.

Prepare tuiles dough and put it in the fridge for about an hour: soften the butter and mix with al theothers ingredients until the dough is silky.

Spread a thin layer of dough on a silpat and cook in the oven at  170° for 14 minutes. When cold, preserve the tuiles in a closed box.

Cut each apple in 8 slices. deprive them of the skin and the core, prepare the caramel, arrange the apple on it,  cover with greaseproof paper and cook genlty for 10 minutes, or until apples are perfeclty caramelized.

Compose the dessert:

arrange tre slices of apple between 2 tuiles, serve with ice cream and candied hezelnuts.
