Ingredients

80 g asparagus
30 g oven-glazed melón
30 ml balsamic cream
5 g pine nut seeds
25 g strawberries
3 g peppermint
3 g marigold
3 g chamomile
35 g Serrano ham
40 g goats cheese
20 g parmesan cheese.

 METHOD

  1. Draw a circular shape on a platter with the balsamic cream.
  2. With the oven-glazed melon as a base, assemble the asparagus with the Serrano ham on top.
  3. Lastly, for the garnish, a circular arrangement of herbs, seeds, spheres of cheese, strawberries and thin slices of parmesan.
