Osso buco in a grapefruit & honey sauce

Ingredients

1 unit Osso buco
2 grapefruit
40 g mustard
20 g honey
White sugar cane (to taste)
3 cloves garlic
Laurel
Salt & pepper (to taste)..
Preparation
Seal the osso buco on a grill.

Then, place the garlic, laurel, salt, mustard and osso buco in a deep saucepan on a low heat; deglaze with the cane sugar; add in the grapefruit juice and honey. Leave to cook for half an hour until the meat is tender. Serve.
