Ingredients
90 ml black malt90 g wheat flour
50 g margarine
100 g brown sugar
50 g grated jaggery
1 egg
20 ml amaretto
3 g baking powder
3 g bicarb.
Put the margarine in a bowl with the black sugar and grated jaggery. Whisk for 5 minutes, then add in the egg and, lastly, the bicarb and baking powder. Continue whisking until a light creamy texture is obtained. Add flour into a round container and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes. Lastly, decorate with confectioner's cream and some seasonal fruit.
