Today we had the pleasure of recording a second batch of monographic workshops in collaboration with the Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo MasterD. On this occasion, we were in the magnificent facilities of their training center, and we were honored to have the participation of the talented Carcas brothers, owners and chefs of the renowned Casa Pedro Restaurant.

It has been an incredible experience to be able to work alongside the Carcas brothers and explore their expertise in the kitchen. During the workshops, we were able to learn culinary techniques and secrets behind some of their most emblematic dishes. From ingredient selection to cooking techniques, every detail has been revealed with passion and professionalism.

We would like to thank MasterD School of Hospitality and Tourism for this collaborative opportunity and the Carcas brothers for sharing their knowledge and experience with us.
