- Cauliflower 800gr
- Onion 200 gr
- Cream 35% 200gr
- Vegetable stock 200gr
- Green apple 200gr
- Grape seed oil 60gr
- Sage 20gr
- Seesam seeds 10gr
- Cauliflower break up into inflorescences.
- Fry the onions until golden.
- Make vegetable broth with the onions and cauliflower
- Add 35:% cream to the fried onions.
- Mix all the ingredients in a 90C mixer for up to 12 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked and soft.
- Slice green apples into julienne.
- Garnish with sage butter and sesame seeds.
