Airy cauliflower cream soup with green apple and sage oil is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 800gr
  • Onion 200 gr
  • Cream 35% 200gr
  • Vegetable stock 200gr
  • Green apple 200gr
  • Grape seed oil 60gr
  • Sage 20gr
  • Seesam seeds 10gr
  • Cauliflower break up into inflorescences.
  • Fry the onions until golden.
  • Make vegetable broth with the onions and cauliflower
  • Add 35:% cream to the fried onions.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a 90C mixer for up to 12 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked and soft.
  • Slice green apples into julienne.
  • Garnish with sage butter and sesame seeds.
