Ceviche San Blas

Ingredients

2 cups of ground or finely diced fish
½ cup of grated carrot
½ cup of finely diced cucumber
¼ cup of diced mild onion
1 cucumber (for decoration)
Sea salt (to taste)
3 Persian lemons or enough juice to marinate without totally covering the ingredients
½ cup of diced coriander

Method:

 

To talk about ´ceviches´ is to talk about the most faithful and simplest symbol of San Blas. It can be made using any fish, as long as it is fresh. Definitely a case of straight from the net to the table.
Mix and marinate all the ingredients for 5 minutes et voilà!
Drain off juice and serve dry.
