Quinoa and beet burger

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. de quinua cocida
  • 100 gr. harina de quinua
  • 300 gr crema de remolacha
  • Sal marina
  • Ghee
  • Aceite de oliva

PREPARATION

  1. Unite little by little the cooked quinoa with the beet cream and the flour until a uniform texture is obtained that allows us to make the hamburgers. Add salt and freshly ground pepper if desired.
  2. In a hot frying pan, arrange the hamburgers, sealing them on both sides and letting them cook over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and serve. Or let cool, pack and freeze.

BEET CREAM

  1. Cook the beets in salted water, remove and blend with the cooking water until the desired texture is achieved.
