Quinoa and beet burger

Ingredients
- 500 gr. de quinua cocida
- 100 gr. harina de quinua
- 300 gr crema de remolacha
- Sal marina
- Ghee
- Aceite de oliva
PREPARATION
- Unite little by little the cooked quinoa with the beet cream and the flour until a uniform texture is obtained that allows us to make the hamburgers. Add salt and freshly ground pepper if desired.
- In a hot frying pan, arrange the hamburgers, sealing them on both sides and letting them cook over low heat.
- Remove from heat and serve. Or let cool, pack and freeze.
BEET CREAM
- Cook the beets in salted water, remove and blend with the cooking water until the desired texture is achieved.
