Chicken Satay en Lo Main

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of oriental noodles
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tablespoon of light sesame oil
  • To accompany
  • 6 units of small flat beans

 

  • Wash and clean the breasts, pierce them with bamboo sticks and cut them to make the skewers.  Season with garlic, ground ginger and orange juice.  Place on a hot griddle coated with soybean oil. Cook on both sides until they take a nice golden color.  We take all the other ingredients to a blender or food processor and with this sauce we will plate and finish the noodles.
  • For the Lo Main we will take to a saucepan half full with boiling water and cook according to the time indicated on the package.
  • In a frying pan heat the sesame oil, add the scallions until translucent, then add the noodles, the tablespoon of soy sauce and lastly, two tablespoons of the satay sauce.
  • Steam the chinese beans.  Serve according to the photo, add a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
