Curried crab with avocado, radish and green apple

Ingredients

250 g crab meat
1 avocado
1 large turnip
1 green apple
300 g cream
100 g horseradish
1 lime
1 cucumber.
  1. Season the crab with curry powder, salt, pepper, lime and olive oil.
  2. Serve within a ring of cucumber.
  3. Sprinkle with radish, dill and green apple.
  4. Infuse the cream with the horseradish; place in a syphon.
  5. Create a cylinder using a slice of white turnip.
