Ingredients

scallops 4 pcs
black ink
rice flour 200 gr
baking soda 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
water
potato
cream
ginger

Method.

First of all you should clean the scallops.
Then you put flour salt , sugar and baking soda together and mix...add water until you have a smooth texture and then add the black ink. Put in fridge for at least one hour.
Peel the potatoes and cut them at small cubes then cook them in salt vater.Put them in a blender with cream and grated ginger.
