Ingredients

  • White almond powder 200 g 
  • Powdered sugar 600g
  • Flour 200g
  • Egg white 500g
  • Hazelnut butter 500 g 
  • Whole almonds 300 g
  • Mix the egg whites with the egg powder.
  • Add the hazelnut butter.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 18 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with raw whole almonds (toasted).
