Ingredients
1 cup cubed white fish (firm & fresh)3 spoonfuls lemon juice
Sea salt (to taste)
Serrano chilli (to taste; for a less spicy effect
remove seeds)
1 pinch oregano (or to taste)
3 teaspoons diced parsley leaves
1 radish in strips.
Preparation
Have everything chopped and ready 5 minutes before serving. Put everything together and serve.
The important thing about ceviches in Mexico is that they are made using seafood that is marinaded and not cooked; it spends just a little time in the lemon; the quality of the fish is very important.
