Ingredients

1 cup finely sliced fish
Sea salt (to taste)
1 spoonful lemon
3 spoonfuls mayonnaise - ground
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1/3 Serrano chilli
1 spoonful mustard powder
1 spoonful purple onion
1 spoonful parsley mixed with peppermint.
Serving: 
Season the fish with salt and lemon; decorate with purple onion and slices of chilli. 

Serve the mayonnaise seasoned with mustard, herbs and chillies.
