1 barnyard egg
Truffle (according to season)
White truffle salt
Black truffle pearl

 Elaboration

In a very small pan prepare the fried egg, putting first the white and then the yolk ,to achieve a perfect point of it, once done ,finish with the truffle salt, the perlage, the black pepper and of course the slices of truffle
