Ingredients

Walnut dressing:
25 g cilantro leaves 
10 g garlic (pealed)
40 g walnuts
10 ml cider vinegar
3 g sugar
50 g sunflower oil
5 g salt

Salad:
180 g cucumbers
100 g cherry tomatoes
25 g celery stalks
15 g purple onions
70 g dressing

Make walnut dressing:
Combine all ingredients in the food-processor and blend until smooth. 

Make salad:
Slice cucumbers into semirings. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. Thinly slice celery stalks and purple onion. Put into the mixing bowl, add salad dressing and combine. 
Transfer into the serving plate, garnish with cilantro leaves.
