Ingredients

1 Cucumber
1x Zucchini
20x Champignons
1x Fennel
1x celery
200g fresh cucumber mayonnaise
200g champignon creme
bacon vinegar
dried fennel
dried champignons
fresh oxalis
garlic.

 Elaboration

  1. Slice all the vegetables in fine slices, marinate them with a vinegar - sugar reduction, olive oil of good quality and salt.
  2. Roast a part of the champignons in a pan just season with salt and some slices of garlic.
  3. Then put all the vegetables on the plate, add the champignon creme and the mayonnaise. Drizzle with the bacon vinegar, garnish with dried fennel, dried mushrooms and fresh herbs.
