Ingredients
1 Cucumber1x Zucchini
20x Champignons
1x Fennel
1x celery
200g fresh cucumber mayonnaise
200g champignon creme
bacon vinegar
dried fennel
dried champignons
fresh oxalis
garlic.
Elaboration
- Slice all the vegetables in fine slices, marinate them with a vinegar - sugar reduction, olive oil of good quality and salt.
- Roast a part of the champignons in a pan just season with salt and some slices of garlic.
- Then put all the vegetables on the plate, add the champignon creme and the mayonnaise. Drizzle with the bacon vinegar, garnish with dried fennel, dried mushrooms and fresh herbs.
