Grouper with tomatoes and raisins, garlic & basil

Ingredients

400 g grouper (fillets)
300 g Piccadilly tomato
2 bundles basil
2 cloves garlic
10 g raisins
Extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper.
Finely chop the garlic; split the grouper into 4 slices and place them in a pot. Add in the diced garlic and a handful of basil, season and add a spoonful of oil. Lastly, cover the fish slices halfway with water and put the lid on the pot. Cook in soup mode for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and slice the tomato.
Once cooked, remove the lid and add the tomatoes, raisins and the remaining basil. Put the lid back on and cook in soup mode for a further 2 minutes.
Serve the grouper in a soup plate.
