Ingredients

4.5 oz. hamachi.cubed
2 t red onions.fine diced
2 t jalapenos (red and green).deveined and seeded
fine diced
2 t green apples
fine diced
1 t basil.chiffonade
1 t cilantro.chopped
1 t chives.chopped
2 T EVO
3 T fresh lime juice
S +P to taste
3 lime wedges

Method:

 

Fold all ingredients gently in a mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning and allow it to sit for 2 – 3 minutes. Place finished product into 3 2oz. ramekins. Place ramekins over ice on a bowl, garnish with the lime wedges, and serve.
