lobster 1 kg
salsa sauce 0.2l
white wine 0.1l
olive oil
fish stock

Tagliatelle
flour 0.3kg
6 egg yolks
a little bit of olive oil
salt

 ELABORATION

  • Fuse ingredients for pasta.
  • Let the dough rest for an hour.
  • Roll tagliatelle and cook them in boiling water.

  • Cut the lobster in half, clean it and quickly bake it on olive oil with its shell.
  • Pour white wine.
