Ingredients
200 g Cassava starch
100 g Butter
75 g Paraguay cheese
5 g Fine salt
Guava paste (to taste).
Preparation
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. (starch, salt, cheese)
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave.
Then, tip the melted butter in the midst of the ingredients and start to stir until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Once this consistency is obtained, place the preparation in individual containers leaving a gap for the filling. Seal the gap and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.
