Mushrooms with dried tomato and mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

16 compact and fresh mushrooms
8 sundried tomatoes
150grs mozzarella
pitted black olives
thyme
basil

ELABORATION:

  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Wash, clean and dry well the mushroom. Spread in a frying pan with the stem side up. 
  • Stuff the mushroom with diced mozzarella, dried tomato pieces, black olives, a pinch of salt and thyme.
  • Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
  • Finish with some basil leaves.
