Ingredients
500 g cooked quinoa100 g quinoa flour
300 g beet cream
Sea salt
Ghee
Olive oil.
METHOD
- Add the cooked quinoa to the beet cream a little at a time. Do the same with the flour until a smooth texture is obtained which can be used to make burgers. Rectify with salt and, if desired, add in recently ground pepper.
- Put the burgers in a hot pan; seal on both sides and cook on a low flame.
- Take off the heat and serve. Alternatively, leave to cool, pack and freeze.
BEET CREAM
- Cook the beet in salted water; take off the flame; blend with the water to achieve the desired texture.
