Ingredients

1 rabbit
chopped
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup flour
Salt
pepper
cumin
oregano
thyme
chili color
oil
2 cups of white wine
1 cup of peas.

 ELABORATION

  • Place in a pan with oil the onion cut in feathers, sliced carrot, bell pepper and chopped garlic
  • Season with seasoning to taste.
  • Seal the rabbit pieces, mix the ingredients.
  • Add the flour, stir, seal all the ingredients.
  • Put all the mixture in a pot
  • Add the wine and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
  • At the end of cooking, add the peas, cook and serve.
