Rolled Quinoa Crêpe with fudge & Brazil nuts

Ingredients

Six people
½ l milk
4 eggs
3 spoonfuls oil
Salt
2 cl Triple Sec
200 g wheat flour.
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients using a blender to achieve a smooth dough.
Add in the rolled quinoa.
Cook the dough, making crêpes in a hot oil/margarine-greased pan.
Serve with a chopped almond, fudge and single cream mixture.
 
Make the dough lighter by substituting half the milk for water! 

Recommendation: accompany with a simple glass of water or a good coffee!
