lemon olive oil emulsion
orange juice
fresh tomato 0.3 kg
olive oil
capers
samphire

 ELABORATION

  • Blanch tomatoes and peel them.
  • Cut tomato meat  into cubes and flavor them with salt and olive oil.
  • Fresh shrimp meat cut into little pieces at a slanted angle, flavor with emulsion and slightly slantedly chopped capers
