Ingredients

shrimp 0.7 kg
lemon olive oil emulsion
orange juice
fresh tomato 0.3 kg
olive oil
capers
samphire
salt
pepper

 PREPARATION

  • Blanch the tomatoes and peel them.
  • Dice the tomato flesh and flavour with salt and olive oil.
  • The fresh shrimp meat is cut into small pieces at an oblique angle, flavored with emulsion and slightly obliquely chopped capers.
