Ingredients
PASTA
400g spaghettini pasta
1 pint cherry tomatoes
120g crab meat
50g bread crumbs
4 large leaves basil
1 tbsp chopped chives
Radish sprouts
2 cloves garlic – chopped
1 shallot – chopped
TOMATO GEL
200 ml tomato juice
dash of salt to tastedash of lemon juice to taste
50 ml olive oil
tsp xanthan.
METHOD
- Sauté shallots, garlic in olive oil and butter.
- To add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 min.
- Deglaze with white wine add crab, herbs and cooked pasta.
- Cook until just hot.
- Plate pasta and finish with breadcrumbs and more herbs.
- Drizzle with tomato gel and add radish sprouts.
