Strawberry gazpacho with mint and vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

100 g fresh strawberries
50 g chardonnay
50 g sugar syrup
5 g mint for decoration
50 g vanilla ice cream
2 g freeze-dried strawberries (dried strawberries punched into powder)
10 g fresh strawberries
1 g fresh mint.

 METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to get a thick strawberry smoothie.
  2. Put a ball of vanilla ice cream in it and garnish with a sprig of mint and sublimated strawberries.
  3. Ready to serve.
