Carbonara with smoked octopus

Ingredients
500 gr fresh pasta(spaghetti tagliolini)300 gr smoked octopus
60 gr egg yolks
Salt
Olive oil
Sechuan pepper.
METHOD
- Put water to boil.
- In a pan put the olive oil and octopus,add salt and pepper then after 10 min put it to rest.
- Cook the pasta and when cooked add it to the octopus and after 2,3 min add the egg yolks and some cooking water.
- Serve the carbonara with the octopus on top.
- If you like you can add some parmesan as well.
