Biography

Greek Chef Giorgos Tsoulis specializes in modern Mediterranean cuisine and has been widely loved by the Greek audience as well as internationally, not only for his delicious recipes, but also for his unique temperament and charismatic communication skills. He has been the Executive Chef of numerous successful Greek restaurants, while he has shared his culinary skills on camera for some of the most popular TV shows in Greece and Cyprus. At his cooking studio in Athens, the Chef and his team create delicious new recipes that are published daily on his website giorgostsoulis.com and on his social media, IG @giorgos_tsoulis, FB @giorgostsoulischef and YouTube Channel @GiorgosTsoulis, which are followed by hundreds of thousands food lovers from Greece and all around the world!

Giorgos Tsoulis will soon be publishing his first book, which will be containing Greek Mediterranean recipes from across Greece, with products and ingredients picked out carefully, from local producers and according to their seasonality. The book will also be translated in English for global distribution.. Chef Giorgos Tsoulis represents Greece in the EU #TasteTheOcean campaign along with other top chefs across Europe, aiming to encourage consumers to buy and enjoy sustainable fish and seafood. The Chef also participated as a keynote speaker in the EU Green Week 2021 for the Opening Session "Zero Pollution for healthier people & planet" where he presented a short talk along with live cooking presentation of a sustainable zero-waste recipe. The acclaimed Greek Chef was honored in 2021 with the Certification Award Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy, a highly esteemed and greatly appreciated award with a huge international reputation by the International Organization Greek Taste Beyond Borders, as well as Chef of the year.

This year Chef Giorgos Tsoulis was chosen by WWF Greece as the Organizations’ Ambassador for Sustainable Cooking, to teach the audience how to cook in a sustainable manner, through Greek Mediterranean Cuisine.

The Cook & Chef Foundation is formed by relevant figures from international haute cuisine and young talent who share a vision of the world based on respect, on ethics, and on the good work of signature cooking.
