Biography

Lola García Oliver, owner and founder, has wide-ranging experience in gastronomy and was educated at the Hofmann Catering School in Barcelona from 2005 to 2011. She is an expert in Traditional Cuisine and Confectionery, and holds a Master's in Sous Vide Cooking from TBTC. She is an entrepreneur, full of life, whimsical, creative and demanding.

She is skilled at establishing connections with both colleagues and pupils.

Her dreamcame true in 2014 with the opening of her very own Cooking School.

The Cook & Chef Foundation is formed by relevant figures from international haute cuisine and young talent who share a vision of the world based on respect, on ethics, and on the good work of signature cooking.
