Biography

Jonathan Rodriguez first set foot in a kitchen in the 90's. Since then he has been in a constant evolution, he has worked with renowned chefs in his training.
With more than 20 years of experience and with numerous awards in local and national cooking competitions, he is passionate about international creative cuisine in which he puts technique, love and passion.
Rigorous in his work, he is the maximum responsible for the kitchens of the Palacio de Viana belonging to the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation where he has been in charge of completely changing the gastronomic scenario.
Executive Chef and Gastronomic Advisor of several restaurants.
Passionate about local and seasonal products.
His first job was in Ireland where he received an award for work excellence.
This chef in constant evolution and learning is ambassador of several food brands.
