The Cook & Chef Foundation promotes Carlos Maldonado's social project "Restaurant School Seeds".

The Cook & Chef Institute Foundation promotes numerous local initiatives and projects that aim to contribute to the economic, social and sustainable development of the communities where we are present, as is the case of the collaboration with "Restaurante Escuela Semillas".

"Restaurante Escuela Semillas" is a project of social interest born from the experiences of the promoter of this project, our chef ambassador Carlos Maldonado, through his Foundation "Raíces Fundación Carlos Maldonado".

The aim of this Restaurant / School is to train young people at risk of social vulnerability to provide them with that tool that makes them feel useful, important, necessary, taken into account and most importantly: accepted by society, becoming recognised by it thanks to their great work.
