Ingredients

1 lb portobello mushrooms
100 g bacon
10 g rosemary
10 g oregano
10 g thyme
10 g smoked sea salt
50 g mascarpone cheese
90 g lobster tail
30 g red onion.

Note: finely slice the herbs together with the onion and bacon. Then, season the select portobello mushrooms and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Lastly, mix the mascarpone cheese with the lobster meat to add gloss to the mushrooms. Serve the oven-baked portobellos with the herbs.
