Milk and almond jelly, frozen strawberries and green tea syrup

Ingredients



JELLY
2 gr. Agar agar powder
300 ml almond milk
300 ml milk
45 gr. Sugar
GREEN TEA SYRUP
1 cup green tea
1 stick cinnamon
2 cups sugar.

Jelly:

Soak agar in milk. Stir it well until there no lumps. Add rest of milk and almond milk. Warm it until boiling point. Add sugar and stir well. Pass it through sieve. Pour in to prepared forms or moulds.

 

Green tea syrup:

Pour green tea in small saucepan, add cinnamon. Bring it to boil. Take out cinnamon and add sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and cool it down. 

 

Serving:

Place jelly in to the plate, pour some syrup over it and shave few strawberries on the top. Serve immediately.
