Jasmine rice
shrimps

Method:

 

Boil the rice and let it cool without washing it. Clean the shrimps and bake them in a pan till they become crispy and then cut them in 2 pieces. Take carrots, zucchini and leek and cut them in small pieces and put on a hot pan with some olive oil,salt,ginger and curry for a few minutes.

When all the ingredients are cool put them togethrer and make polpette (like meatballs). Then out them in rice flour,eggs and finish them in black sesam. then fry them in hot oil a few min.

 

Serve with a dip you like.
