Sautéed cauliflower rice

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • Sea salt
  • Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • Mint to taste
  • Turmeric to taste
PREPARATION
  1. Wash the cauliflower well, grate it with the grater (or pass it through the processor) until obtaining rice texture.
  2. In a hot frying pan, add the ghee, the cumin seeds together with the curcuma and then add the rice, salt and sauté well. Before removing from the heat add the finely chopped mint.
  3. Sauté and serve around a flower made with avocado.
