Roasted vegetables

Ingredients

2 red peppers
2 aubergines
2 tomatoes
2 onions
4 carrots
1 leek
4 potatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Method.

Wrap all the washed vegetables individually in aluminium foil. 

Put in a baking dish and roast in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. 

Peel them, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and rosemary and serve.
