Spicy cauliflower

Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower (large)
1 spoonful Garam masala
½ spoonful cinnamon powder
1 spoonful turmeric
Sea/Himalayan salt (to taste)
Merken / Hot/Sweet paprika
½ spoonful cumin sedes
1 cup vegetable stock
Olive oil.
METHOD
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
- Put the cumin seeds into a mortar and grind gently. Add the spices in little by little, stirring well. Pour the oil into the bowl and stir.
- Salt the cauliflower and massage the above mixture in until it covers both sides properly.
- Put the cauliflower face down on an oven tray (not too big).
- Cover with tin foil, then bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden.
