Since my passion for cooking began, I have always liked to experiment with different ingredients, to get a unique taste, so I have chosen Bergner utensils because although the history and culture are different, Bergner always helps you to cook with yourself.

Biography

Chef Kawata Mitsutaka from Osaka (Japan) is one of the most relevant chefs of Japanese food in Spain. Based in the city of Barcelona, he runs the restaurant Sun Taka, which has already become a benchmark of Japanese food, maintaining the tradition in each of its dishes.

The Cook & Chef Foundation is formed by relevant figures from international haute cuisine and young talent who share a vision of the world based on respect, on ethics, and on the good work of signature cooking.
