Ingredients
500 gr baby cuttlefish(seppia)600 gr fennel
4 cloves garlic
Olive oil
2 dcl cream
Vanilla powder
Butter.
METHOD
- Clean well the cuttlefish and dry with kitchen towels.
- In a big pan put some oil,garlic and fennel cut in pieces..add some water and salt.
- When it starts boiling add some cream and vanilla powder.
- Cook until it softens then mix in a blender and strain.
- Put some butter in a large pan and fry the cuttlefish in it.
