Cuttlefish, fennel vanilla cream

Ingredients

500 gr baby cuttlefish(seppia)
600 gr fennel
4 cloves garlic
Olive oil
2 dcl cream
Vanilla powder
Butter.

 METHOD

  1. Clean well the cuttlefish and dry with kitchen towels.
  2. In a big pan put some oil,garlic and fennel cut in pieces..add some water and salt.
  3. When it starts boiling add some cream and vanilla powder.
  4. Cook until it softens then mix in a blender and strain.
  5. Put some butter in a large pan and fry the cuttlefish in it.
