Biography

Chef Mauricio Sarmiento, 36 years old, Venezuelan-Colombian nationality. graduated in Venezuela INCCES institute, specialist in world cuisine, Master in university teaching of gastronomy. work experience in several countries such as (Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico and Panama) In 2018 named best chef of the country by the institution SENA Colombia, participation as a jury in various cooking reality, experience in managing hotel operators and restaurateurs, deploying with his firm in advising and consulting nationally and internationally.
