Fish strips with curry mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 100gr fresh white fish
    thinly sliced in small slices 

ADREZO

  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon jalapeño bell pepper vinegar
  • 5 chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  1. Arrange everything on a kitchen shovel and then transfer it to the plate where it will be served.
  2. Season with sea salt, a few drops of olive oil, finely chopped red onion and chili slices, and at the end add a few drops of lime juice.
  3. Garnish with basil flowers and purslane leaves.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing. 
  5. Make a mayonnaise mark on the plate where it is going to be served and on the mark place the fish slices already seasoned.
