Fish strips with curry mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 100gr fresh white fish
thinly sliced in small slices
ADREZO
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon jalapeño bell pepper vinegar
- 5 chopped basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- Arrange everything on a kitchen shovel and then transfer it to the plate where it will be served.
- Season with sea salt, a few drops of olive oil, finely chopped red onion and chili slices, and at the end add a few drops of lime juice.
- Garnish with basil flowers and purslane leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients of the dressing.
- Make a mayonnaise mark on the plate where it is going to be served and on the mark place the fish slices already seasoned.
