Just as me, Bergner searches for excelente quality in kitchen utensils lines. And just like Bergner, I work to give my clientes the best gastronomic experience.

Biography

In 13 years working with gastronomy, Luiz had the opportunity to work in all the kitchen departments, reaching the chef position. Persistent and perfeccionist, searches for excelence in all he does. Always menaged to reconcile work and study, so he successfuly have concluded the graduation and became a college professor.

During the university vacations, went to Italy to study in Le Cordon Bleu di Firenze, where he had gotten a lot of experience, in addition to cultural exchange.Luiz had been studying English in Canada for 3 months, expecting to get better in the language to increase his relationship with the foreign clients.

Recently he has been working in a cruise, where he got new experiences, mostly in supplies logistics and stock control.

This year, he participated in the 5th season of The Taste Brasil, a GNT channel program. Currently, he works with small and medium events and consulting in food and drinks establishments.

The Cook & Chef Foundation is formed by relevant figures from international haute cuisine and young talent who share a vision of the world based on respect, on ethics, and on the good work of signature cooking.
